Sports and fitness have been part of my life for over 20 years - from sprinting in college to road cycling, mid-distance running, and back to sprinting when I moved to NYC. I found CrossFit in 2017 and was hooked right away. In early 2022, I got my L1 and began coaching at CrossFit Park Slope, leading group classes, on-ramp program, and personal clients. Wanting to grow as a coach, I completed my L2 in 2024 and continue to pursue ways to help athletes of all levels progress.
