David has been coaching since 2012 and loves helping people of all ages. He's worked with kids and adults of all ages up to 90-year-olds so far. He keeps training simple and effective, focusing on the basics of strength and conditioning because, as he believes, “stronger people live longer.”
He holds a B.A. in Sport and Exercise Studies, and holds certifications that include
NASM Certified Personal Trainer,
CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Mobility, CrossFit Concept2, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC).
